WONG Sou Wa, Chairperson

Madam Wong was the founder of Zhuhai Electric Company Ltd. Since the inception of its predecessor in 1995 and has been involved in the manufacturing and marketing of electrical components and equipment in PRC since that time.

CHEONG Lou Meng, Director

The son of Madam Wong, began working as the senior manager in the marketing department of Zhuhai Keli in 2003. Mr. Lou Meng Cheong has been acting as the Chiel Executive Officer of Zhuhai Keli since 2006. As the Director of Zhuhai Keli, Mr. Cheong works closely with Ms. Wong to establish, initiate and monitor strategic decision of Keli.

ZHANG Yan, Independent Director，Lawyer

Mr. Yan Zhang is a senior Chinese lawyer with more than 10 years' practicing experience in the fields of company law, securities and foreign investment.

WU Jian Wen, Independent Director，Ph.D

Mr. Jian Wen Wu is currently an independent director of China Keli and also the Assistant Dean at the Beijing University Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Prior to his current position with Beijing University Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Mr. Wu was previously the Department Manager with China DongFang Electronics Ltd. As well as the Vice Department Chairman of the Aeronautics and Astronautics faculty. Mr. Wu obtained his Ph.D and Master degree from Xi'An JiaoTong University and ShenYang University of Technology respectively.

George Dorin, Independent Director，MSc(Econ),CA,CF

Mr. Dorin has 30 years of broad-based financial experience, including 15 years as a Director or CFO for several private and public companies. He holds undergraduate degrees in Science and Accounting from the University of BC; a Masters Degree in Finance from the London School of Economics in England; and the Diploma FCSI. A Chartered Accountant, Mr. Dorin was also granted a CF specialist designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2008.
